Getting help

Signed in, open Support from the menu under your name. Under Ask for help, say what it is about and how soon you need it, Normal or It is stopping work, and press Send. The answer comes back under Your tickets.

Cannot sign in, or not set up yet? Email help@scarab-os.tech. We answer by email.

Your repair, your estimate and your bill are the shop's. Call or text the shop. To see where your car stands, use Where's my car?
